Also Gordon is a consultant to associations, facilitating strategy workshops and running specifically top 100 most influential people indices. More recently he has also run Ai Hackathons
Francisco is a community strategist and growth leader with over 14 years of experience helping startups scale through community-led growth, partnerships, and education.He founded Led by Community to give back to the profession that shaped his career — and to help create the kind of peer-powered support he once wished he had access to. Francisco has held leadership roles at Circle.so, BuddyBoss, Bettermode, and Honeycommb, and has helped drive over $50M in ARR across multiple SaaS platforms.Today, he leads Led by Community as a mission-first, not-for-profit project dedicated to empowering the people who build meaningful communities around the world.Based in London, Francisco also produces Community Week globally and hosts programs that help elevate the work and voice of community professionals everywhere.
